The home includes two separate living areas; two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite baths; a queen-size 3rd BR; a 4th bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds; a well-equipped kitchen with seated bar area and full-size dining space; 2 zone HVAC; high-speed internet; front and rear porches and fenced-in backyard. An outdoor fire-pit and barbecue make for memorable evenings under the stars. Large lighted outdoor shower with bench seat makes for an easy transition from the beach to indoors. This is your home away from home with hands-on, caring owners who want to make your vacation a memorable and wonderful experience. Dog friendly limited to one max up to 35lbs with $250 pet fee. Rent for 7 nights and cleaning fee is waived!

Perfect vacation home!

"My family and I have enjoyed staying in this lovely beach house on many occasions. It is a beautifully appointed home and we love the new addition! Our kids can enjoy a movie while adults can chat in the second living room. We love the backyard and fire pit for s’mores and fun time outside. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we always take advantage of the 2 swimming pools. We love that there are parking passes which saves us money, but the beach is also close enough to walk or bike to. We can’t wait for our next stay in this lovely home!

"The 2 parking passes for Bethany were very much appreciated. That did save us a lot of money as we go to the beach every day pretty much the entire day. Parking at Bethany is very expensive and this definitely made a huge difference for our budget.

"This house was perfect for our family composed of 3 couples and 2 children. The kids loved the bunk beds and the King and Queen beds were perfect for the adults. Very difficult to find a house with this sleeping layout in Bethany: usually at least 2 bedrooms are bunk beds or the beds are full or possibly 1 queen. The layout was also ideal: having 2 living rooms allowed those wanting conversation to be away from the noise in the other room with the TV or games being played. Outdoor space was also great: lots of room for the kids to play outside, cook out, and it's also fenced to keep the kids from wandering off. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and utensils. The washer and dryer were great and a definite upgrade of what we've had in rental houses over the last 30 years. I give the house 5 stars and we'd love to rent it again next year. Thank you!
