Comfortable, attractive beach house located steps to the beach path.

"Nicely furnished, very comfortable, beach house. Outdoor shower and plenty of clothes line for cleaning up after a day on the beautiful 33rd St. beach. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on a quiet street was most adequate.

"My family and I had a wonderful time! Loved the house. The house was a perfect size for the 10 of us. Nice and spacious and enjoyed the privacy of the back yard. My favorite spot was the crows net. The view early in the morning or during sunset was beautiful. Perfect distance from the beach and not crowded. Would definitely come again!

"Unit is very clean. Furniture, appliances and amenities are in pretty good shape. Unit floor plan is spacious. Beds are in good shape. WiFi works. Blinds come apart & pieces fall off. Towel Rack in bathroom will not stay installed. Bathroom sink spouts need an upgrade. Issues mentioned are small but with these fixes Unit would be 5 Stars

"Another Great Vacation! This was our second year renting this propery and we had another great week. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed this comfortable home as we shared many laughs with family and friends! The house is well equipped and the living area is open and airy. We appreciate that it is a quick walk to a wide, uncrowded, guarded beach. The location of the home is convenient to good restaurants, shopping and downtown Bethany.

"An outstanding vacation home! This home is perfect for a family vacation! Our family included 6 adults and 1 toddler and there was so much room for everyone in a great location and relaxing and spacious surroundings. I must comment on how clean and well equipped this home is. A fully stocked kitchen opened into a very large dining area and provided a great laundry area as well. There was plenty of comfy seating in the large living room. One of our favorite spots was the large screened in porch, a relaxing respite in the early morning and late evening hours. Access to the beautiful sandy beach was very easy.
