Lovely well maintained 2 story townhouse. 3 decks. Top floor deck with awning and some sunset views. lower deck covered and sundeck in back. Fully fenced yard, enclosed shower, nicely appointed bathrooms. Excellent location. Just blocks from shopping, restaurants, park, tennis and naturally the beach!

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

The property was a great size with enough room for people to spread out a bit, which was nice on rainy mornings. It was an easy walk to the beach and local parks. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The water pressure in all the showers was great (including the outdoor shower). Nice size kitchen with enough room for all. The upstairs deck was lovely although some chairs were not too comfy with metal bars sticking out in places, but it was a great place to hang out and had a great awning that was retractable. The lower deck was very nice too and was off of the master bedroom. Beach tags provided, which was a nice touch. Great outdoor storage area for our beach gear. Overall, a wonderful stay!
