This absolutely dazzling beach house was built for summer vacationing and features many impressive amenities that typical side by side units can't offer including a spacious living room with TV First floor bedrooms feature a bunk bed and single bed in each room and a full bath on this floor. The second floor boasts a large dining room with seating for eight, a luxurious kitchen with bar seating, ensuite queen bedroom and full bath. It also features a large deck perfect for sun bathing and family get-together and offers privacy. Other striking features include TV in most rooms with 60+ video library including children's movies. Come off the beach and relax on our deck or back yard seating area, and don't forget to use our extra large outside shower room. The top floor features two more queen bedrooms with the final full bathroom on this floor. Enjoy this beautifully decorated fully equipped beach house. Beach chairs, beach toys & beach tags all included. Walking distance to children's playground and tennis/basketball courts. Owner Prefers a 4 week minimum.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
