Your perfect coastal escape awaits in this beautiful two-story townhouse. This multi-level retreat blends comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities for an unforgettable vacation.
The main level features a bright, open layout that seamlessly connects the cooking, dining, and relaxation spaces. In the cozy living room, you will find a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size sofa bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for home-cooked meals with a wall oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a dual coffee station featuring both drip coffee and Keurig makers. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six, or step through the doors to the spacious main deck, which offers outdoor seating, pool views, and a peek of the nearby bay. A convenient powder room is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, the upper level houses all three bedrooms and the laundry area. The spacious and bright master suite features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a large second-floor deck overlooking the pool. Across the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and also connects to the shared pool-view deck. The third bedroom provides a cozy layout with a double futon. All three bedrooms include their own flat-screen TVs for evening entertainment. A full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hallway closet with a stacked washer and dryer complete this level.
Outside, you can enjoy premium community perks including the sparkling outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The rental also includes one dedicated, off-street assigned parking space for your convenience. There is no boat slip available for tenant use.
