As you enter the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. This floor also has a full bathroom. The second floor has a large living room, kitchen, and dining room. The large deck will allow for enjoyable evenings and a cool summer breeze. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom on this floor. The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck with an ocean view. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both sides of 70th & Landis can be rented to accommodate the largest family. This property will allow for an amazing vacation at the Jersey Shore.

"Great location, we had a nice time. Only minor issues with the house (TV/cable issue) and owner responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again, love the layout and location.
