"Another year, another first-rate experience at this property in SIC. Not a lot to add to the reviews I've written in years past. Upkeep and upgrades add to what I can comfortably expect from my prior stays at 7109N Pleasure Ave. Again, in the week after the Memorial Day weekend, the island is quiet and inhabited more with year-round citizens than renters like me who revel in the proximity to the sound and surf of the Atlantic ocean.

"Another lovely week at 7109N Pleasure Ave. Proximity to the ocean is the most compelling feature of this property, but the upkeep and amenities at the property reward the time spent there. The luxury in enhanced for us since we are only two in a house that sleeps ten. There is enough room for three couples to stay there without getting in each other's way. I've already reserved the address for June 2025. The very pleasant and helpful L&F people make it easy to prize time at the beach in Sea Isle.

"I've rented this property nearly every year starting before the current ownership. Every year, the experience improves. I appreciate the small upgrades (and the major ones like the air conditioning). I also appreciate the kitchen appliances and utensils, because I cook my own meals at the shore. Since I stay at the very start of the season, it is quiet at 7109N, which is why I say off-season. I can do whatever I do at home while staying at the beach. I like it.
