4 Bedroom beach front townhome. Townsend Inlet Area. 2 Large front decks. Beachfront basic living, a great rental for the budget conscious family. The first floor has 3 bedrooms all with 2 twin beds each. One of the bedrooms has a deck (no view due to the dunes). There is a shared hallway full bath on this floor. The first floor has a washer and dryer as well. The second floor is the living room, dining area and kitchen with a large front deck facing the ocean. This floor also has a bedroom with a full bed and hallway full bath. There is a set of spiral stairs to the third floor loft with a futon sofa for additional sleeping. No Grill and No Beach Equipment

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Owner has Dog during Off Season/Tenants are NOT permitted to bring pets
