This relaxed resort style community provides something for everyone, with easy access by bike to all that Bethany Beach has to offer including the Indian River Inlet, great restaurants, a charming boardwalk and shops, and endless natural areas to explore. The cottage is one mile as the seagull flies from the beach, a short walk to the grocery store, or a quick 2 miles drive to public beach access. Beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park Beaches are also a short drive away. Convenient location to explore surrounding towns such as Dewy, Rehoboth, and Lewes. The Salt Pond has a community recreation center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, pickle ball courts, plus a children's play area. The kids will love the catch and release fishing ponds! $150. Community Fee Per Week. Mini Weeks ALL Season! Dog Friendly one max $200 Pet Fee. Dog must be on leash all times and guest responsible for clean up.
