The interior of this home has been redone with bamboo hardwood floors in the second floor living level as well as granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living area also features a bright great room, with 3 sets of sliders to the large wraparound deck with ocean view, a TV, Ceiling fan and queen sleeper sofa. A bedroom with a queen bed, TV, Ceiling fan and full bath is on this level. The Dining area is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked for the family, and features a small counter bar with stools. The first floor living level has three bedrooms each with a ceiling fan: 1st with a King bed, half bath and TV; 2nd with two twin beds; and 3rd with 2 twin bunk beds. A full bath and laundry closet are also on this level. A garage, Gas Grill, outside shower, clothes line and driveway with parking for 6 cars are on the ground level. Wireless internet, beach chairs, beach tags, Crock pot, and a Large Lobster pot are also provided. This home is lovely and located just steps to the beach! IMPORTANT---Owner cancelling Comcast cable for 2022. we will keep our high speed WIFI and set up either a Hulu or You Tube TV account for the house for watching live TV. The TV sets are either already smart TVs or will have a Firestick.
