There is ample off street parking (up to 3 cars), but also just a short walk to the beach or bay, Sunset Pier, Scoops, Shore Break Cafe, Hanks Sauce Blitz's Market and more. A large covered deck is lovely for a quiet morning coffee while the kids sleep in. The unit has updated kitchen with dishwasher, 4 Bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) with 2 Q size, 1 Full size and 2 twin size beds, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer unit, central air, outside shower and clothesline, and available gas grill. Puzzles, games and books, YouTube TV and internet service are there for your enjoyment.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
