Enjoy your Sea Isle Vacation at this lovely 4 bedroom 2 Bath townhome in Townsend Inlet. 2.5 Blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay. Parking for 3 cars. Front and Back decks. Gas Grill. Mini split AC in all bedrooms and living area on the first floor. Enter through the front door into the living room, dining area and kitchen. The slider off the dining area leads to the back deck, outside shower and fenced in back yard. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Pet Friendly with prior approval, addendum and an additional fee.

"This is a very spacious, comfortable house. Amenities were plentiful. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog.
