Here is a new custom contemporary home with an in ground heated pool - 3 feet in shallow end and 5 feet in deep end. Pool is cleaned two times a week and has a Cabana with a 65" flatscreen TV. This home features 4 bedrooms (2 ensuites), family room with Queen sleeper sofa and a 55" flatscreen TV, and one room with double bunkbeds. First floor ensuite bedroom offers King Bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (all singles), 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and nice hall bath. Second floor features large kitchen with center island with bar stools, living room offers 55" flatscreen TV, dining area offers seating for 10. Access to pool from 2nd floor deck. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a semi private bath shared with Living Area. 2 car parking off street, beach chairs and beach tags included
