Main level is the living room with large deck, dining area with seating for 8, kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2, laundry room, one bedroom (queen bed), hall bath, second bedroom (queen bed) and private bath and then walk up 3 steps to a master bedroom suite with king bed and private bath. Lower level has 2 more bedrooms each with a pyramid bunk and full hall bath. Lifeguard at 84th Street.
