This home is one of the original style Cape Cod Style homes in Stone Harbor. Rather than tearing the original home down to rebuild, In 2021 the owners decided to add a large addition including 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, New luxurious eat in kitchen, large dining room another den with full bath, etc The original Studio Style includes 3 of the 6 Bedrooms, Living area, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Just a block and a half to the Beach, Six blocks to Downtown 96th Street Shopping, One Block Tennis courts and playground and 3 blocks to the Bay Front fishing pier.

Great seaside stay. So pleased we picked this property

"My family and some of our extended family filled this home with joy and laughter for 7 days. The beach is an easy walk and the water was lovely The house itself gave us no problems the entire time. The host allows for much flexibility in the sleeping arrangements and space for gatherings. All that we needed, outside of prerequisites, was in place, and easy to find We lacked for nothing, and can only give our thanks to the hosts and Long & Foster for making us so comfortable .
