The building features an elevator, outdoor shower, bike rack, deck box for beach equipment, and a shared closet for larger items. One reserved covered parking space is included.

Located within a short distance of one of the most desirable beaches in Sea Isle and within walking distance to the Townsends Inlet Bay/Beach. Anthony's Restaurant is across the street and Blitz's Market directly underneath. Shorebreak Café, Sunset Pier Restaurant, and Scoops Ice Cream shop are also one block away.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
