Lovely Beachblock, 3 story townhouse. 2 bedrooms and a bath on 1st floor, living room, big dining room & kitchen on 2nd floor (completely tiled!) plus deck, 2 bedrooms & full bath with huge deck on top floor. Awesome ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors. Central air! Big bedrooms. Very nicely furnished and appointed. A great vacation location!

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"We have rented this property for the last 8 seasons. The property is very convenient to the beach and the bay. Very quiet and not as crowded as down in town. You can see the ocean from decks. Kids can go down to the beach and we can still see them!

"We had a great time during our family vacation. This was our 5th season renting this property. Every year we are surprised by something new. Property is well Maintained. The location is perfect and as close to beachfront as you can get!

"We had a perfect week. This is our 4th season staying at this address. Every year the owner replaces something. This year there was all new furniture in living area and TVs in all rooms. This property is as beach front as you can be without being beach front. Quiet and relaxing.
