Townsend Inlet Beach Block 2nd floor of a duplex. Meticulously kept and well-maintained property. Rear Fenced in yard is great for children to play. Situated on Pleasure Ave, there are only steps to the beach with beautiful ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floor decks. This property features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a 3rd floor additional spacious family room with large deck with ocean views. The living room and dining area are open and bright. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional barstools around the kitchen counter. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, and the next bedroom has 2 twins. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a pass-through bathroom. One has 2 twins and the other has two twins together which form a king bed. Large 3rd floor room is wonderful for family gatherings. Excellent location and it was wonderful having dinners on the deck with an ocean view. Beds were super comfortable and we loved the top floor for the teenager hangout or the adult lounge in the evening. All around great place, modern furnishings, and really nice amenities.
