"Blue Surf is in the heart of Bethany. Unit 205 is directly above the boardwalk shops and adjacent to the performance stage, but was pleasantly quiet, especially at night as the town closes up by 10 PM. The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, wraps and cleaning supplies. Cable TVs in every room. The ocean front balcony seats four to five comfortably. Access to a private exterior storage locker was great for beach chairs & umbrellas. Lighting was adequate throughout.
Decor and furnishing are somewhat dated, but comfortable and fully functioning.
Suggestion: Replace the shower heads (specifically the master suite) with ones that are adjustable.

"This is our third year at Blue Surf and we hope to be back again next year as it is a wonderful vacation spot! You are free to roam around Bethany without having to worry about parking/traffic. The pool is a very nice and convenient! Amazing views! This is our second year at this particular unit which was very nice. We had a wonderful time!
Some feedback on needed improvements (especially if the price continues to go up each year):
Some of the furniture is a bit outdated and could be updated.
There is no toaster which would be nice to have.
We had no idea how to use the Roku TV even with looking at the instructions. Everything we selected required us to pay a fee. We were looking for Disney channel to watch shark week. So that was a bummer that we could not use the TV.
The unit was much more dirty this year. Floors made our feet black so we had to wear shoes while inside. There was a diaper with poop in it under the master bathroom cabinet. The shower in the master bathroom is very moldy. The bathroom rugs in all bathrooms should be cleaned or replaced. We had to buy new ones. The sinks in the master bathroom do not drain well and clog up. Lighting in the shower could be brighter...very dark.

The pool is a very nice and convenient! Amazing views! This is our first year at this particular unit which was very nice. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated and could be updated. The screen door was ripped. Deck sling chairs were very weathered (ready to rip) and rust from them was everywhere on the deck floor. We had to sweep it up and go buy bag chairs to sit on the deck. Hopefully there is new deck furniture for next year as we would love to come back! We had a wonderful time!

"The condo was beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults and 6 kids, ages 8-15. There was enough space that no one was bothering each other. The only complaint I have is that there isn't enough lounge chairs on the sundeck. For as many condos in the building & the space on the sundeck you should have more lounge chairs.

"This was our 3rd year and we love it! I used to stay at Blue Surf hotel as a child so love being able to bring our grandchildren to Bethany. The 3 master bedrooms and 3 parking spots is perfect for our family. The kids love the location and of course the pool. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. It seems like every year a new something has been added. We feel very grateful to have found this place. You may have some noise issues from store below but so far they have been very nice about turning down music and this year seemed less of an issue.

"Great vacation! We vacationed at the Blue Surf Hotel many years ago as a family and always enjoyed the location. What a great experience to return with 4 generations to the Blue Surf Condos and especially unit 205. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was supplied with everything that was needed and the view was spectacular!! We enjoyed the off the street parking, pool and of course the 2 minute walk to the beach. Thank you Long & Foster again for a great memory!!!

"Great location. If you love Bethany Beach, this is the perfect spot to be. Right on the boardwalk with an amazing beach front view from your private balcony. You can go to the beach without leaving the apartment. We'll be back!
