PLAZA 1006 9800 Coastal Hwy. Saturday to Saturday NON-SMOKING - NO PETS Spacious updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 10th floor. Beautiful tile flooring throughout the entire condo. The bathrooms are nicely updated with granite counter tops and tile walls. Plenty of seating around the large wall mounted TV for movie night and around the dining table for family gatherings! The condo also features stainless dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator along with a stack washer and dryer. There are 4 Flat screen TVs, 3 VCRs and 2 DVD players for your use. Maximum occupancy: 10 BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: Queen Bed BDRM 3: Two Double Beds LR: Queen Sleep Sofa. FREE Wi-Fi & BEACH LOCKER are available for guests.
EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.

"We had a great week at the Plaza! Lovely covered balcony overlooking the ocean. Nicer living room and dining room. The kitchen had whatever you needed to make meals. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but were glad to have a microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Three generous sized rooms. The king size bed was on a high platform. Comfortable bedding. 2 great bathroom and showers. I would say the pictures adequately picture the condo. Great week visiting the beach and pool!

"We stayed in this property at the end of the summer with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect for us. The access to the beach, which we had almost to ourselves, was convenient. Loved the outside shower and availability of 1/2 bath from outside. The grandkids were able to ride bikes throughout the gated community. A new Weber grill was a pleasant surprise and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen a bonus. Hope to go back next summer. Plastic coverings in one dining area and plastic table and chairs in another was good with young children. Great for a family getaway -- not a romantic escape.
